My device is play protected. I cleared cache and restarted device. Nothing works. After this mornings update I cannot login. I dont get any errors either. It just stays at initial screen after login.

Tried to load up the game but can't get past this screen. I've already followed all the troubleshooting steps online including reinstalling the app. My phone is up to date as well as the suggested settings loaded.

I have a login issue after today’s update. I tried to reset my phone, delete and redownload the app, different account login, WiFi and mobile internet connections. Even I waited 10 minutes. Nothing has worked. It stucks on login screen. I am using iPhone 11 and iOS 17.
I am playing since the global launch and it is the first time that happens.
im using iphone 8+ now and i can play the game yesterday but after the new update i cant login the game. i deleted the game and downloaded again but it still didnt worked can anybody help me pls?
Having the same problem since the event started. Worked fine before. Reinstalling the game, clearing cache, unlinking account, restarting phone does not fix it.
I tried all those methods too. Still cant get past the initial screen. And the game was working fine the day before. So dont tell me it is issue from my device. It is somwthing about the update that causes this issue.
the game does not open with the patch while playing active games. but are we to blame?
let's use the old patch, let's at least play the game

Thank you. The issue is resolved now. I lost 2 days of event but at least I can play now. I had to clear cache and restart phone to make it work btw.
